emotional intelligence, self-awareness, strengthen your mental health
and overall well-being.

I believe that self-awareness and emotional intelligence are crucial to healing oneself. I also believe that the more people heal themselves, the more they heal the world.

Hi! My name is Danielle. In 2017, I started a method of journaling that was different from my other journals. Like many people, I’ve struggled with mental health; so a few years ago in therapy, I came up with this journal idea as a tool to help myself. I created this specifically for asking myself questions in an effort to gain a deeper understanding for how words and emotions resonate with me. Fast forward to the present day - I have now written in a new journal every year since; resulting in six journals, and a profound sense of growth in emotional intelligence and self-awareness. Each year that I start a new journal, and create new as well as recycle old questions, it is always humbling to reread old journals to reflect on how I have changed, healed, and grown. I hope this journaling practice can help you as well.
